- Complete intakes and establish follow-up sessions for individuals, make assessments and diagnoses, and treatment plans
- Prepare and maintain clinical documentation based on company policy
- Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
- Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol
- For Full-Time status, provide 30 hours of direct service per week
- Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
- Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training
- Candidates must possess a Virginia clinical licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, preferred) or be licensed-eligible in Virginia
- Experience providing direct therapy to children, adolescents, and/or adults
- Experience in completing psychosocial assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
- Proficient in using Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)
- Fully Licensed Clinicians will ideally be credentialed with multiple insurance panels.
- Certified or experienced in specialty treatment modalities, such as trauma-informed care, TFCBT, EMDR, and Veteran culture (preferred), and others
- Fluent in a language in addition to English (desired)
